How to Log Into Webex on an iPhone

1. Download the Webex App

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

2. Tap the Search icon and type Webex in the search bar.

3. Tap Get next to the Webex app to download and install it.

2. Open the Webex App

1. Once the app is installed, tap the Webex icon on your phone to open it.

3. Sign In

1. When the app opens, you will see options such as Sign In or Sign Up.

2. Tap Sign In.

4. Enter Your Email

1. Enter your PBSd email address.

2. Tap Next.

You will be redirected to sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO).

5. Authenticate

1. Sign in using your Google/PBSD credentials.

2. If prompted, complete two-factor authentication (2FA) by following the verification steps.

6. Start Using Webex

Once you are signed in, you will be taken to the Webex home screen where you can:

• Dial and receive calls

• Check voicemail

• View call history

• Manage contacts

Tip: At the end of the workday, it is recommended that you sign out of the Webex app. If you remain signed in, calls to your extension may ring on your iPhone.
