Setting Up Voicemail

1. Access Voicemail:

   • Press the voicemail button on your phone.
   • To view a phone graphic of where the voicemail button is, please click here.

2. Enter Passcode:

   • When prompted, enter your passcode followed by the # key.
   • The default passcode is click here.

3. Setup Process:

   • Once you enter the default passcode, you can follow the prompts to complete the voicemail setup.
4. Voicemail PIN restrictions:
   • Must be at least six digits long and a maximum of 8 digits. Numbers only!
     
   • It must not be any of your previous five PINs.
   • Must not contain your extension number.
   • Must not contain single or groups of repeated digits. 
   • Must not be a numerical sequence. 
   • Must not contain numbers that are dialed in a straight line on the keypad. 
   • Must not be the reverse order of your last pin.
