Steps to Transfer a Call to Voicemail
Press the Hold button on your phone to place the caller on hold.
Dial *55 on your keypad.
Enter the other person's extension number immediately after dialing *55
Press Call
You can now hang up the phone.
The call will be transferred directly to the other person’s voicemail.
