Our district utilizes Xerox/AmCom/Comdoc as our printer service provider. Below are the appropriate contacts for common printing issues:


Issue: General Printing

(You don’t see a printer to print to, or the printer is running and nothing is being released)

Please Contact: techsupport@pbsd.net


Issue: Malfunction or Error Code

(Paper jam, printer displaying a fault code, or other errors)

Please Contact: Xerox / AmCom / Comdoc printers (refer to the sticker on your device)


Issue: Need Toner or Staples

Please Contact: Xerox / AmCom / Comdoc printers (refer to the sticker on your device)


Important: If you do not receive a timely response, please email techsupport@pbsd.net with your service ticket details so the technology team can follow up on your request.
