Print Job Not Releasing from Printer

If you’re experiencing issues with printing, please follow these steps:


1.    Check for Printer Availability:

        •    Ensure that you see PBSD_Xerox_MFP listed as an available printer.

        •    If PBSD_Xerox_MFP is not visible, shut down your computer and log in again.

        •    If the printer still doesn’t appear after rebooting, please email techsupport@pbsd.net.


2.    Verify Paper Size Selection:

        •    If you can select PBSD_Xerox_MFP but your print job is not releasing at the printer, double-check that you have selected the correct paper size. Always choose “Letter”.


3.    Expected Settings:

        •    Once you have selected “Letter,” these are the settings you should see:
