Overview
Plum Borough School District (PBSD) students and staff can view technology devices and assets currently assigned to them through Incident IQ, the district's technology asset management and support system.
Checking your assigned assets can help ensure that district technology records accurately reflect the equipment currently in your possession.

Accessing Incident IQ
Students and staff can sign in to Incident IQ using their PBSD Google account. Once signed in, users can view technology devices and assets currently assigned to their account.
Login Information: Use your district-provided PBSD Google account when signing in to Incident IQ.

Review Your Assigned Assets
After signing in to Incident IQ, review the technology devices and assets assigned to your account.
Depending on your role and assigned equipment, this may include devices such as:
- Chromebooks
- iPads
- Computers
- Other district-owned technology equipment
Tip: Review your assigned technology periodically to make sure the devices listed in Incident IQ match the equipment currently in your possession.
Device or Asset Is Incorrect
If Incident IQ shows a device or asset assigned to you that is not currently in your possession, report the discrepancy to the Technology Department.
Important: Do not ignore an incorrectly assigned device or asset. Please notify Technology so the district's asset records can be reviewed and corrected.
What to Include in Your Support Request
When reporting an incorrect device or asset assignment, provide as much information as possible, including:
- Asset type – such as Chromebook, iPad, computer, or other equipment
- Serial number – if known
- Asset tag – if available
- Last known location or circumstances – any information about where the device may be or when you last had it
