It is essential for all staff and students to report phishing or suspicious emails promptly and correctly. Timely reporting helps protect our network and data.


What To Do If You Receive a Suspicious Email

  • Do not panic. Opening a suspicious email does not mean your account or device is at risk.
  • Do not click any links or attachments. If you have already clicked on a link or entered information into a suspicious form, contact the Technology Department immediately at techsupport@pbsd.net


How to Report a Phishing Email


Option 1: Report through KnowBe4

Use the KnowBe4 platform to report phishing or suspicious emails directly.

Google provides built-in reporting tools for suspicious emails in Gmail.
