Families registering a new student should review the district's registration information and complete the online registration process.
Important – Registration Portal vs. Community Web Portal
The Registration Portal used to register a student is different from the Sapphire Community Web Portal used by families to access student information after enrollment. If you already have a student enrolled in PBSD, you must still use the Registration Portal when registering an additional student.

Step 2 – Review the Online Registration Instructions
PBSD provides instructions for completing the online registration process. Review these instructions before accessing the Registration Portal.

Step 3 – Access the Registration Portal
When you are ready to begin or continue your registration, access the PBSD Registration Portal.
You will need your Registration Portal username and password to sign in to an existing registration account.

Already Have a Student Enrolled in PBSD?
If you are a current PBSD family registering an additional student, use the Registration Portal to complete the new student's registration.
Remember: Your Sapphire Community Web Portal account and your Registration Portal account are separate. Your Community Web Portal account is used to access information for students who are already enrolled; it is not used to register an additional student.
Forgot Your Registration Portal Password?
If you previously created a Registration Portal account but have forgotten your password:
- Go to the PBSD Registration Portal .
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the requested account information.
- Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
Having trouble with your password? Make sure you are resetting the password for the Registration Portal and not your Sapphire Community Web Portal account.
After Your Student Is Enrolled
After enrollment, families should use the Sapphire Community Web Portal to access student information, classes, grades, report cards, and other available information.
If you already have a Sapphire Community Web Portal account and need your newly enrolled student added to it, contact PBSD Technology Support at techsupport@pbsd.net .
