Sapphire – Reports and Report Cards

Overview

Families and students can use the Sapphire Community Web Portal to access report cards, progress reports, transcripts, letters, and other student documents.

Access Reports in Sapphire

1. Go to the  PBSD Sapphire Community Web Portal .
2. Log in to your Community Web Portal account.
3. On the left side of the portal, locate and select Reports.
4. Select the type of report or document you would like to view.

What Is Available Under Reports?

Report Cards

Select Report Cards to view available current and previous report cards for the student.

Progress Reports

Select Progress Reports to view any progress reports that are available for the student.

Transcripts

Select Transcripts to view any transcripts that are available for the student.

Letters

Select Letters to view any letters associated with the student that have been made available through Sapphire.

File Cabinet

The File Cabinet provides access to the student's available documents, including items such as report cards, progress reports, transcripts, and letters.

If you are unable to access the Sapphire Community Web Portal or do not see a report or document you expect to see, contact PBSD Technology Support at  techsupport@pbsd.net .

When contacting Technology Support, please include:

• Student's full name
• Student's school
• The report or document you are trying to access
• A description or screenshot of the issue, if applicable
