Instructions to Sign Up for PDLA

Please see the instructions below on how to sign up for the Plum Borough School District PDLA program. 

1. Log into the Sapphire Community Portal:

   • Visit https://pbsd.info/CWP.
   • If you do not have an account, please follow these instructions: https://pbsd.info/RegCWP.

2. Access the PDLA Registration Form:

   • Once logged in, click on Student Data Forms located on the left-hand side of the screen.
   • Under On Demand Forms, find and click on PDLA Registration Form YR.

3. Complete and Submit the Form:

   • Fill out the PDLA Registration Form with the required information.
   • Click Submit.

The form will be submitted to our Director of K-12 Virtual Learning for review. If he needs further assistance, he will contact you.
