We have partnered with Optimizon as our copy/print consultant to provide ongoing support services. Optimizon will assist in managing our relationship with Xerox/AmCom/Comdoc and help us ensure we receive the services we're paying for.
Optimizon will monitor our fleet data and hold Xerox accountable for their services. Occasionally, you may receive emails from Optimizon checking in on the performance of your copiers or printers based on service data collected monthly. If you get an email from Optimizon, please respond with feedback on your device's performance. If there are issues, Optimizon will work with Xerox to resolve them.
