Overview

Gemini is Google's AI-powered assistant available to Plum Borough School District teachers and students. Users access Gemini using their PBSD Google account.

How to Access

Teachers and students can access Gemini using either of the following methods.

Option 1 – Direct URL

Go to Google Gemini .
Sign in using your PBSD Google account.
If prompted, review and accept the appropriate permissions to continue.
After signing in, Gemini will open and you can begin using the tools available to your account.

Option 2 – Google Apps Menu

Sign in to your PBSD Google account.
Open Google or Gmail.
Select the Google Apps waffle icon in the upper-right corner.
Scroll through the available Google applications and locate Gemini.
Select Gemini to launch the application.

Login Information: Teachers and students should access Gemini using their PBSD Google account.

Common Issues

Gemini Does Not Appear in the Google Apps Menu

Verify that you are signed in using your PBSD Google account.
Scroll through the entire Google Apps menu to look for Gemini.
Try accessing Gemini directly at gemini.google.com .

Unable to Access Gemini

Verify that you are using your PBSD Google account.
Sign out of any personal Google accounts and try again.
Close and reopen Google Chrome before attempting to access Gemini again.
If the issue continues, contact Technology Support.

Important: When using Gemini for school-related activities, always sign in with your PBSD Google account rather than a personal Google account.
