Clever provides teachers and students with a secure and convenient way to access educational applications and digital resources used by Plum Borough School District.

How to Access

Open a web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Go to the PBSD Clever Portal .
Select Log in with Google.
Enter your PBSD Google email address and password.
If you are already signed in to your PBSD Google account, you may be signed in automatically.
After signing in, you will be taken to your Clever dashboard.

Login Information: Teachers and students should always use their PBSD Google account when signing in to Clever.

Using the Clever Dashboard

After signing in, your Clever dashboard displays the applications and digital resources available to your account.

To open an application:

Locate the application on your Clever dashboard.
Select the application's icon.
Clever will launch the application and, when supported, automatically sign you in.

Tip: Many PBSD applications use Clever Single Sign-On. Launching an application from Clever is often the easiest way to ensure you are using the correct district account.

Common Issues

Unable to Sign In

Verify that you selected Log in with Google.
Confirm that you are using your PBSD Google account.
Sign out of any personal Google accounts and try again.
Close and reopen your browser before attempting to sign in again.

Application Does Not Appear

Verify that you are signed in with the correct PBSD Google account.
Scroll through the applications available on your Clever dashboard.
If an expected application is missing, contact Technology Support.

Important: Applications displayed in Clever may vary based on your school, grade level, courses, and assigned access.
