Code HS - Teachers & Students How to Login

Step 1: Navigate to CodeHS

1. Open your web browser.
2. In the address bar, type https://codehs.com/ and press Enter.

Step 2: Sign In with Google

1. On the CodeHS homepage, look for the “Sign In” button, typically located at the top right corner.
2. Click on “Sign In.”
3. Select the option to “Sign in with Google.”

Step 3: Get Started with an Account

1. You will be redirected to the “Get Started with an Account” page.
2. Here, you’ll see options for “Teacher” or “Student.” Choose the option that corresponds to your role:
   • For Students: Click on “Student.”
   • For Teachers: Click on “Teacher.”

Step 4: Create an Account

• For Students:

  1. After selecting "Student," you will be prompted to create an account.
  2. Enter the code provided by your teacher in the designated field.
  3. Fill in any additional required information, such as your name and email address.
  4. Click “Create Account” to finish.

• For Teachers:

  1. After selecting "Teacher," you’ll see options for different teaching experiences.
  2. Choose the teaching experience path you would like to continue on 
  3. Complete any required fields and click “Create Account.”

Step 5: Access the Platform

1. Once your account is created, you will be directed to your dashboard.
2. You can now explore the platform, access courses, and start learning or teaching!
