Accessing XtraMath through Clever

Teachers and students can access XtraMath via Clever at https://clever.com/in/pbsd.

Important Note: For students to see XtraMath, teachers must first add it to their Clever Dashboard. Follow the steps below to add XtraMath.

Adding XtraMath to the Clever Dashboard

1. Log into Clever.
2. Select Resources.
3. Search for XtraMath (Single Sign-On) in the Clever Library.

XtraMath is integrated into Clever as a Clever Library app, not a Secure Sync app. This setup requires teachers to install XtraMath individually in Clever; the district cannot push it out to teachers automatically.

Additional Setup and Troubleshooting

1. Student Roster Checks

   • Ensure that students are rostered in the teacher’s Clever class selected for XtraMath.
   • If a student doesn’t appear, check their enrollment in the teacher’s Clever class roster.
   • To verify synced students, go to My Students > Student Roster in Clever. Under Filter by Class, select the class synced with XtraMath. The students listed here should appear in XtraMath.

2. Impact of Class Changes

   • Note that if teachers change class settings in Clever after students have started, any updates to the class can impact student progress in XtraMath.
