If you need remote support and you’re on a Windows machine, please follow the steps below.
Double click the TeamViewer icon on your desktop to launch the application.
The TeamViewer host box will pop up.
Select Help me.
You will be asked to input your name and to describe the problem you’re having.
Once you’re done filling out those two text boxes, you will select Request Help.
A technician will now be able to remote into your machine to provide you support.
