If you’re on a Mac and need remote support, please follow the steps below.

  • On your Mac, you should see the Teamviewer icon on your menu bar. 

  • You will select the Teamviewer app on your menu bar and click the show status dialog.

  • The Teamviewer Host will popup on your screen.

  • Select Help me. You will then be asked to input your name and describe the technical problem you’re having. 

  • When you’re ready, you will select Request support.

  • A technician will now be able to remote in to help you with your technical issue.
